is the plan to censor inscription spends as well using this method?

it seems if this could be pulled off then bitcoin would no longer be censorship resistant, it would be whatever the miners agree upon censoring via relay policy?

Broad & blind rejection of certian transaction types is not censorship. No particular individual's transactions can be targeted.

It's really hard to take this seriously.
