I turned off every microphone permission on every app I don't actually need it in. It gives some peace of mind at least.

I run graphene and I'm still a bit paranoid. I can't tell because I don't see any ads anywhere I go.
I do know that other people's phones listen to me anyway. The uncanny accuracy of ads is obvious to everyone now. Maybe if I talk about Bitcoin their phones will try to sell it to them too 😂
