I do think there is severe risk in fading the US buying btc. Most of nostr has faded the trump releasing Ross, creation of the reserve and then buying more but 2/3 are done.
If I were the US I would want to talk down the market until I can establish a position. Many will be caught offside imo

We may think we’re splitting hairs here, but when the time comes for these sobs to retard-explain to us why they didn’t buy any bitcoin, you’ll see how they explicitly point out the fact that they never officially said “buying”.
If I punched you in the face and took your lunch. I could argue that I acquired that lunch without buying it. Conversely you could perhaps argue that I did in face buy that lunch and the cost of it was a punch to the face.

Maybe in the future there will a massive raid of an “underground” drug cartel from some butt fuck nowhere country with a “100 000” coins they seem to just “confiscate”. The US machine is really good at telling a story and then making the world believe it. No one better.
I think what people are missing (probably from Trump derangement syndrome) is that they won't acquire btc to appease a voter base but because every country will need btc. They are doing it for them, not us...
Maybe. Everything in government takes forever, with a million different lobbyists all asking for the ear of the Treasury Secretary and the president. BTC is far from their number 1 priority, but to people who hold btc it’s the only issue.
People want the world, they think their issues should be everyone else’s, and fail to recognize how much progress has already been made.
