Why?

It’s hard to criticize a man’s methods who took the reins on a country that had decades of children soldiers who grew up to homicidal adults. The sad truth.

Question is, where would El Salvador be right now without him?

I can’t say whether he is a “good guy” but he appeared to be a necessary guy at the time.

Compared to pseudo-dictators running even bigger mega prisons here in the US and who are still not anywhere close to solving our gang/crime/drug problems.. I see it as an absolute win! 🥇 (for now…)
