Funky Town was just beaners being beaners or whatever brownoid nationality they were, that happened to be sat to a very funny soundtrack that created such a stark juxtaposition.

It wasn’t funny because of what was going on necessarily, but it was funny because a disco hit was the backdrop of a man’s last moments of life.
