Stared this WoE in Dec 2023. Down 25lbs. Clothes fit better. Body looks and feels healthier. Feel incredible.

Eating is now maintenance and not an addictive behavior. Meals are a negligible time commitment and shopping has become brief. So many benefits beyond the primary health upgrades.
