When I comment on my diet I am just sharing. I am not asking for advice.

I don't take medical advice from strangers. If I asked 3 people for advice I'd get 5 opinions. Opinions are everywhere, and hearing another opinion does nothing to indicate to me whether or not it was a sound one. I would still have to do my own research.

I understand that people want to help, and they want to be respected, and they want me to be grateful to them. But it is a social behavior that just doesn't work.

... and people want to share what they know. They feel good about what they know. And they want to share it. Maybe I shouldn't be so prickly.

You know what helps me a lot when I'm feeling prickly? Ashwagandha. Seriously, you should try it. It's amazing. And cut out sugar. Seriously, it's so bad for you. Oh, and seed oils.

Seriously.

Seriously 😉

Oh thank you. That's exactly what I was needing.

I'm just grumpy today. I don't know why. I ate food. I had a nap. Still grumpy. Oh well it will pass.

Interesting. I always crowdsource the answers to my questions, then research the conclusions extensively. To each their own…
