I have a friend that wants to contract someone to enable lightning payments for his business. They have both a physical location in MA, and an online presence. Anyone have recommendations for this?

If they know someone willing to host btcpay they can use the samrock plugin to conmect to aqua wallet. The server host cant move funds I believe.

Oh neat! They have currently dipped their toes into Voltage + BTCPay Server but haven't made it too far yet. I think the ideal setup is to host BTCPay themselves.
