It's buried a bit, but you can set at what transaction that you receive emails. I set mine to only email on transactions over 1000sats.
nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm would be nice to not receive one email per zap, or make it easier to disable (have to log in with email, be treated as a bot with a captcha...)
