There's no defined answer to this. I think you need to experiment with them a little and see what works gor you. When I played with the settings I used [Nostr Band Stats](https://stats.nostr.band/) tool. I also always include this one, as a bridge between Nostr and other fediverses, [wss: //relay.mostr.pub](https://soapbox.pub/blog/mostr-fediverse-nostr-bridge/) and
