im starting a compendium of traditional medicine which has been evidence based by research. most of the herbs im studying are from the malay traditional literatures but as some of you are aware, the malay archipelago was the centre of spice trades back in the 15th century, so you wont be suprised of the cross cultural use of some spice with those used by the indians, chinese and african nations.
