I have no idea if this is possible or even makes sense but if it is, someone should try it:

Front running inscriptoooorrrrrssss - check for the inscriptions in the mempool, right click the jpegs, create your own inscription of the same jpeg, bid a higher fee so yours processes first. You now own the “original” of whatever inscription you copied since it processed first.

Although it might backfire and they’ll start delaying transactions privately to miners to avoid sniping.

Worse: This gives them an excuse/justification to bypass the network. So we lose the clarity of miners bypassing it as being obviously malicious.

In any case, it still spams Bitcoin, twice as much now. Harming Bitcoin is not a solution.

What if miners start front-running?

This is humorous, and satisfying - but it can lead to frustration as you're trying to use people's own standards against them - ones which they are very unlikely to hold themselves to.
