This is definitely flux pinning.
No sign of condensation forming, so it doesn’t look cryogenic and the little straw precludes a vacuum.

🚨 LK-99 FLUX PINNING DEMO 🚨
There’s a major lesson in humility here, China is clearly ahead and attitude is a major factor.
Americans: “So fake, goofy foreigners can’t even write correct syntax in their world breaking paper that they’ve rushed together in a second language”
Chinese Universities: https://nostr.build/av/3cda7e496e30d02e383a62c28dd661203190b7e1181294079ca0479bae57180d.mov

Magic?!? 🪄
If it doesn’t scare you that a autocratic regime is evidently doing science much faster than anyone in the free and open societies of the West, then you aren’t paying attention.
LK-99 is:
1). A room temperature superconductor
2). An asian thing
Not a single Western University has made even 1 mg of LK-99 in the two weeks since the initial paper. The only sample of the material that exists in the Western Hemisphere was made by engineers at a private company doing a weekend side project as a hobby.
Western academia has literally disappeared up its own woke arse.
Where are our institutions?
If only they were still free and open...
