I deleted IG, FB, and whatsapp months ago. Getting in touch with people got a little harder, but it was one of the best things I ever did for my mental health.

Ugh what a dream!! I want to *fully* delete IG so bad but I need it for work πŸ‘Ž I design a lot of IG campaigns! But I downloaded Wellspent and that fully restricts it after so much time a day which is awesome (Obviously I just would always ignore Apple's time limits lol) and then can still access via desktop when I need to for work!

I have heard a lot of friends say the same thing about needing IG for work.

The matrix is sticky. If you're here you're going to get out though. In due time πŸ™‚

I did the same.

I went back for a couple of campaigns I wanted to make about things I was doing. They didn't work.

I realised you have to inject so much money to get in touch with people swiping in dopamine cravings.

And getting in touch with dopamine cravers. And being a dopamine craver in the meantime, I mean, while you wait for things to work out.

I now decided Im going to move on old school algorithm of life itself.

Back to the poster and the letter advertising.

And back to the mouth to mouth spreading words.

And back to heart coherence.

Just that.
