Yes. Important to get better (healthier) each week/monthy.

Lot if things to try out, lot if things to argue and debate about… everyone has to find the personal way.

For some it‘s being vegan for others being carnivore.

We all agreed on staying fit and away from industrial processed food.

Exactly! I didn't think about it for a long time, but now it's very important to me. I also think that there is not only one way. But I am always surprised when it comes to the interaction of the factors.
