And there again is the question: where are the Bitcoin? Every sat is on every node all around the world, it's international already. (ok, most nodes are in the US and Germany 😅).

Every node holds all the Bitcoin in the world. Still, increasing the number of nodes will not inflate Bitcoin. Burning nodes will not burn Bitcoins. 🤯😉

But wait a minute: if you look at these nodes closely, there are no bitcoins on them. Only a list that says that some Bitcoin went from, to some addresses. No Bitcoin at all. There are no Bitcoins! Completely imaginary Magic Internet Money.

It's almost the same like FIAT or gold - but different.

You can prove the existence of Bitcoins mathematically but never touch them. 😵‍💫

Maybe next step in fighting Bitcoin will be to label running a node as a financial service only ppl with a license are allowed to do. (In this case I'm happy to announce that not me but a friend runs a node behind tor, and nobody knows where it's located.)
