Happy to announce the issue is resolved. I was able to get help from Moritz from Alby support nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm . They removed my ASN number from their block list. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the Alby chrome extension, and now I have access to my wallet with the option to send from desktop.
