Hey! Sorry to hear you’re having a bit of trouble with the NFC function. Make sure that NFC is turned on in your Coldcard Hardware on/off settings to start. Here’s a great video to find the NFC location for your specific device as well: https://youtu.be/DqpHdzer1tU. You may also need to put the Coldcard on the table and and lay your phone on top of it to get a good connection.
