if the insurance CEO's assassin was a legit victim who lost a family member due to the actions of his target, which is possible, then it is an interesting incident of justice that has just transpired, and perhaps a harbinger for the rest of the Godfathers running the mafias

i think there is historical periods where established regimes rot so bad that they make their own blowback, as well as lots of dudes whose lives were ruined and they get so focused they actually get away with it and think "hmm, who's next"
