Yeah that’s the thing. Easier to just divide bill evenly and vegans then get incentivised to reconsider their wayward ways

That works too unless it gets silly. Ended up having to call a time out on that last year as ended up as race to surreptitiously settle when some at the table still wanted more drinks. Good friends. Good issues. Got stupid though!
