I was dealing with them yesterday because i recommended to multiple people to use Swan to buy bitcoin for the cheap fees and ease of use. But their app and UX is dog shit. To login, you put your email in and they email you. Then you have to go through the email link and then put in a google authenticator code.

From there, it doesn’t always work and you might have to repeat the whole process again. I will never recommend them again. And all of the money saved with their cheap fees is completely redundant since the customer has to pay ~$150 to get their funds off fortress trust.
