Heard about it. They still have physical locations. I was thinking no land at all so there is no need for army. There is one country like that in the world - Sovereign Military Order of Malta. They issue passports, coins, stamps and have two embassies in Rome 😅
You might say we're all living in layer 2s on top of Bitcoin, just most people haven't realized it yet.
