She gets her name because you know how like the older cars you turn em on and they warm up. They idle high then tone down🤷🏽

Weirdly enough when I was younger I'd be out on a date and... Ok this will sound weird but, if she (Vicki) didn't like the girl, she would just rev high no matter what while driving🤷🏽 never cool down till they were out of the car.

So it was like she was icky Vicki to some but "Tori" to others.
