It's unfortunate that some people don't want to see you succeed. Some prefer you to remain stagnant or even do worse than them.
I always find it wise to evaluate your social networks and determine if they are holding you back or propelling you forward. I call this time of the year pruning season.
Reinvest yourself, become unrecognizable.

“Pruning season” …. I could get behind that for sure! I know all too well what it’s like to have people who don’t want to see you succeed. Some do a great job of pretending though however I pick up on energy and can read people well so it just leaves me feeling like I need to create distance. If after spending time with or around someone and you don’t feel uplifted, they should not be in your circle. Easy and simple as that!
