Hey Minimo, this seems to be a permission issue inside the settings of your iOS phone. Could you try finding the Primal app in your settings, and allowing camera access to Primal? This should work, but please let us know if this doesn’t work for you. Thanks!

Hi Marko! Already tried that but still does not work. Camera access is on. I also switched it on and off, restarted the app with no luck (iPhone 8).
