I think it would've been good to have a roadkill bucket to produce maggots for em out of the carcass.

I get worried about diseases, but I'm not sure how valid that worry is.

The chickens I get my eggs from have been fed killed rats, raccoons, mice, deer. You name it. Chickens are nature’s trash compilers
