No sting to it, its very soft. I do have stinging nettle will document next time I am out there

I think I stepped on some kind of stinging plant yesterday. No visual symptom but awful stinging on the bottom of my foot arch.
Ouf, make sure you got the “stingers” out. I once caught a small piece of glass in my arch it took 2 weeks until I walked on hard wood & clicked as I walked for me to locate it & remove.
Try a dark room and a flash light
You can use stinging nettle for the same purpose too.
