Would love for someone to do this. I don't personally have experience with gun holster so I cannot truly say if they are suitable.

The Buffalo is quit rigid but those are "only" 3.7mm while gun belt then to be a bit ticker at around 4.5mm. Does the rigidity of the Buffalo compensate for that missing milimeter? I don't know.

Holsters tend to be 4mm at most my mistake. We're missing .5mm.

I think it depends. I usually thought the gun belt comes down to the height more than the thickness so that the weight is distributed across a wider area. It also depends on if the holster is solely supported by the belt or if the belt holds the holster against the body.
