DO NOT EVER put oregano oil on your face and rub it in‼️

That was last night and now i'm wondering how the hell am i going to show up at my job and what should i say when they ask what happened to half of my face.

I thought it's my vitamin C+retinol bottle, all those fuckin' little drops bottles look the same in the dark.

Good thing i don't have an LSD drops bottle in my fridge, now i would have been in the news proclaiming i am God.

Anyway i might have accidentally discovered a new torture method, if any of you spooks read this, i highly recommend it, way better than waterboarding, it's like having your face ripped off, send zaps if you're gonna use on your victims.

Yeah you can actually use oregano oil to slowly burn off skin tags and warts. It's powerful stuff.

Now i know. Had to stay under the shower for 5 minutes to be able to open my left eye.

👀

TIL 😅

OMG Can't imagine! Have a speedy recovery! 😰

It's already looking better 😁. The eye though looks like it got punched 👁️🤛😌.

😅 Consider keeping the lights on when applying retinol too! It's just as sensitive and reactionary for the skin if not more, as far I understand. 🤗

I use this formula, it's ok, feels like a slightly oily water on the skin.

Seems like a highly moisturizing and soothing serum. Great! 🧡

😂😂😂 You might be the best skincare/beauty blogger I've come across in a while. 😂😂😂

But in all honesty I can’t say I know many men that use Vitamin C serum and/or Retinol, you deserve an award 🏆

Are you using them together?

I use both as well, but I was always told to alternate them because:

1. **Potential for Irritation**

Both Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and retinol (a form of vitamin A) are potent ingredients that can cause skin irritation, especially when used together (probably not as intense as your oregano oil though 🫣). I know for some people, using both simultaneously can result in redness, dryness, and peeling.

2. **pH Levels**

Vitamin C is most effective in a low pH environment (acidic), whereas retinol is more effective in a higher pH environment (neutral to slightly acidic). Using them together can potentially make either the vitamin C or retinol less effective due to competing pH levels.

Like I said, I use both as well, but if you're want to try alternating, there are two methods to consider:

1. **Alternate Use in the Same Day**

One common approach is to use Vitamin C in the morning and retinol in the evening. NOTE: If you do this, my dermatologist strongly recommends using sunscreen to avoid causing other issues. Personally, I don't like having sunscreen on my face all day - every day, so I don't incorporate either into my morning routine.

2. **Alternate Use Every Other Day**

Another approach is to use Vitamin C in the evening on M/W/F and retinol in the evening on T/T/S, taking Sunday off as a day of rest.

Omg 😳🤯 I really need to proof read before posting anything here 🥵 I’m used to IG where we can edit any spelling or grammatical errors 🤦‍♀️

I meant to say “you” not “you’re”

Like I said, I use both as well, but if YOU** want to try alternating, there are two methods to consider:

Thank you, doing dangerous experiments for improving world skincare 🙂.

I use this one 👇.

I also have a tip for you, discovered by experimenting, probably no one does it:

Get pure collagen in the powder form, one that has all 3 types, it's the best. Eat it, 10-15 g daily, but also... put it in your face.

Wet the face, wet your finger get some powder on it and rub it in, apply moisturizing cream after, leave it there until you wash your face, enjoy.

You're gonna see results pretty fast.

Tell me if it works 🙂.

Oh wow 👀 either

A) Your mom taught you very well

B) You are married and your wife knows what’s up

C) You have sisters that love you and taught you what skincare products to have in your bathroom for your girlfriend when she comes over and when they made you try everything you went down the #skincare #rabbithole 😂

D) You are a dermatologist

I’m impressed and I’ll for sure try this trick of yours! Thanks for doing dangerous experiments 🧪 for us in the name of “world skincare” 😂

I make bone broth every week and I know it is rich in collagen as well as other beneficial nutrients. When consumed, this collagen gets broken down into amino acids, which are then absorbed by the body.

However, while drinking bone broth does provide the body with the building blocks for collagen, it doesn't guarantee that the body will use those amino acids specifically for collagen production in the skin 🤷‍♀️ but my fingers are crossed each time 😂

E) I'm fascinated by the human body and mind and i'm gathering different tools to play with them 🙂

Get something like this, fair price/kg should be around this one:

Very cool! Feel free to share all of your tips and dangerous experiments with me 💜 I am also fascinated by the human body and mind 🏆 I also love all health/skin care related topics 😍 🫂

Hahaha we sell all those serums and accepted bitcoin over four years ago! But I HATE the beauty industry so I don’t do much just sell it to friends and family!

Beauty queens indeed exist here especially those who use serums! 😝🥰

Need the nostrich community to help me eventually - I just can’t be fct with the selling hustle!

But the serums are the ducks nuts (code for amazing) & made here on the coast in fresh boutique batches! I’m 55 and look pretty good for my age! No Jabbiez either!

May need nostr:npub1jt0x3vsnqtazzda3ewa8ykdch2t8k566qhrd9vyy0k0ntleu744q8h6q3n to help me create an online nostrich store … I’m keen to ship you our product range Susie, my love to check the range out! ♾️🦋💜♾️

I’m a tallow skincare girl because I can still breakout at my age, but would love to try your line.

Send me your address and I’ll gift you a range. Robert Breedlove’s ex wife swears by it because she was always breaking out especially when they lived in Costa Rica.

I’ll send you all the info too. I used to work for the woman, whose husband reverse engineered all the products from the La Mar range. They are friends of mine now and produce batches in demand … You could drink our stuff (wouldn’t taste good) but won’t harm you.

I get the tallow skincare side…simple and effective. This is way more of a pampering ritual - I am hoping to eventually provide an alternative here on #nostr

Can’t wait to send it 🦋♾️💜

I will, thank you!

Not Breedlove’s ex wife btw. Only his daughter’s mother. She is a wonderful woman and mama.

Yes I have lots of tine for Janny she is a great mumma indeed! 💜♾️
