If we don’t normalize Proof of Reserves, we’re going to get paper bitcoin.

Absolutely, but knowing some people won't for a variety of reasons, exchanges need to do better too.
Agreed, also if I wanted to do some short-range trades, I would definitely trust this exchange over others who leverage and then go pop.
