Amigo! Sorry to hear. I have been playing hoops for half a century. Long story short I have sprained/cracked/broke/dislocated my ankles numerous times. The fastest way I would recover would be this:
1) Fill a bucket with ice water. (Ice +Water) Yes its cold.
2) Immerse ankle in ice water bucket for 15 min on 15 min for an hour atleast
3) Rinse repeat every day.
4) Watch the healing occur and the pain go away.
PS this is the way amigo. Anti inflammatory drugs only mask the pain and don't help you heal quickly.
