fruit juice 2/3 -1/2

For 1L (32oz) found I needed 2 teaspoons of salt

Teaspoon Lemon/ lime juice or concentrate

That’s all it is? I’ve been trying milk, orange juice, pickle juice. Anything and everything to try and help. I’ll give that recipe a try and see how it tastes.

Lately we’ve been getting Liquid IV which does great but it’s $$$

Also sundried tomatoes and banana chips.
