I also kinda find it ironic how smug your comment is when I wasn’t being smug at all. Just giving my honest opinion.

If you aren’t just being smug & actually know of a good laptop that will run Linux and not lose functionality (a lot of windows touchpads I found have problems when swapping to Linux), I would actually LOVE to hear about it. I am so sick of plastic, creaky shit laptops I want to pull my hair out. I wasted at least 3 months trying to find a laptop that felt good and was comparable and came up with nothing.
