We are witnessing the liberal left's hostile behavior towards masculinity, providing a glimpse of what female totalitarianism involve.
People used to give me the side-eye when I'd say "hairstyles are political." Some embrace and adorn nature, others seek to pervert or overthrow it (technically, to 'queer' it).
Since at least the 60s in the U.S., I think.

Zimbabwe is a sobering case study in that regard. One group seizing farms and other assets, rejoicing in their newly acquired plunder, then starving as they realized they were now responsible for production and the crops weren't gonna plant grow and harvest themselves.
