It's the potassium I'm after otherwise I'd use my regular salt. Potassium seems to help a lot with low blood pressure & dizzy spells.
Magnesium is the bomb for muscle cramps & spasms.
You drop a lot of water weight & electrolytes going into ketosis. Regular salt will of course help you stay hydrated.
My favourite is Celtic sea salt but I've found the price hard to justify lately & I don't mind my Himalayan salt grinder.
