Do you use a VPN when you connect to the alby site? They are probably not tracking you but the server probably has a log of your IP address

What if a random citizen that just happens to life in a country that sponsors terrorism zapped you? What if you zapped them? What if some 3 letter wants to track down every single cent that βsupportsβ terror funding?

No problem. I am not trying to freak you out. You are most likely fine. I am sure that you are a law abiding citizen that a government has no interest in and you and I are not getting the scrutiny or interest that Jack gets from people.
But just remember that data sticks around forever. One day in the far future even owning 500 sats could be a big deal. Bad actors could be very interested in the early days of generational wealth we causally zapped around.
