on the other hand taking responsibility for things is empowering even if something is technically out of your hands. sometimes things that are seemingly out of your hands or beyond reach become reachable jsut because you take responsibility. I don't disagree at all with your sentiment, just a thought...
Yeah I do see the point, and I do believe personal responsibility is empowering but sometimes perhaps there are situation where utself it's your responsibility to let things go and just adapt to it at best way you can..
Like a sail man can't change the direction of the wind, he can just adjust the sails in order to better navigate.. his responsibility is to not sink its own ship.

Yes indeed.. and experience means also a lot of fails. Those Inam doing for sure a lot, how much experience I am gaining from then, it's up to see yet, doing my best 😅
