100%. I'm curious though, in what ways can we continue to build communities here on Nostr? Other than being present here everyday, being honest, connecting with others, engaging, etc.
I very specifically mean local, in person communities. You cannot survive on your own. You must have a network of trusted people competent people to have any chance of survival over the next few decades.
Gotcha, yeah for sure. I'm thankful for the few that I have in my circle. I enjoy participating in book fairs. it's there that I appreciate community the most
That's great! But... You need people that are good at radio comms, preserving food, fixing vehicles, and shooting.

Vehicle repair and troubleshooting
A lot of electronics repair and troubleshooting
All manner of firearms stuff including fixing
Welding/fabrication/repair
Solar systems and other energy harvesting
Etc.
