This Lightning payment from Monday, just went through. I contacted support this AM, maybe somebody did something to push it through. I was never worried about the sats, I just want the experience to improve. Below you can see the payment sent from Cashapp via the Lightning network on Monday and another picture from my Phoenix wallet showing it just arrived:

Did they say what the hold up was?

No. Support is currently “working on it” and passing it up the chain. In the meantime, 2 days later, the payment has cleared.
