Google Street view obviously uses that tech.

Are you just being sarcastic? You probably are....

No

So... The answer is no. Blueing should come via software. Even if the hardware has that ability it would be spectacularly wasteful to place it at the hardware layer.

*bluring*

Very good question.

There's obscuracam on f-droid.

at least to block most mobile phone cameras without an IR filter you could run around with these https://youtu.be/Zd6RCPqZPwQ?si=DQ6qSlOmxYr1UOr0

I want dash cams and helmet cams that are encrypted.

Signal messenger can do this when sending pictures afaik

Seems like the concept of filters could be easily applied here. Just adding a blur/solid color instead of whatever other filter would otherwise be added.

Obviously, you'd need to be sure the output format can't just have the filters removed.

Just take your pictures while drunk. Works like a charm. Few

Actually I've been wondering this for voice as well. It would be amazing to have an app that introduces just enough distortion that faces and voices can't be identified.

That Wolldecke be a Reverse Chinese Camera which unblurrs blurry faces

*would be

Buidl it!

IG has a lot of "face blur" filters, I'm sure someone can/has applied it elsewhere!
