Rights are artificial just like governments. Might makes right and "rights". A state is instituted for the purpose of protecting and benefiting a given people. Empires are states that have overstayed their welcome and are destined for collapse. The only legitimate Kingdom is the Kingdom of Heaven. I could on, but you get the point.
