If you make #kefir you already have a system set up for creating lactic acid bacteria (labs) 🦠 and yeasts to innoculate your plants with.

These bacteria are great for lush green leafy growth and I haven't lost any seedlings to 'damping off' since doing this. Damping off is just a fungal or bacteria attack and the 'good guys' in kefir protect your seedlings from dying.

It's probably best to strain the clear labs off when the kefir separates from the curd. However if you are lazy like me just add a little of the mixed stuff when you water.
