what i'm noticing at the moment amongst my peers is the stronger female income (or projected income when schooling is completed etc) so they will always need to have dual income and It does seem to put pressure on delaying. Most peers say they have no interest at the moment, but I have a feeling once they get a little more settled, in a house, with most debt paid off they'll change their minds.
