Swan worked with a bunch of consultants + tether for their mining operation. The consultants attempted a hostile takeover. Swan is suing these guys.

And no famous Bitcoin people named, just these consultants that also tried to steal IP from swan and use it at this company "Proton" they stood up to do what swan was trying to do with mining
