in damus for example, copy the note id

https://damus.io/nevent1qqsy35u-a7uea30js52nd47autry0h66z8kuet4ew83jwew9kyz68dqpzfmhxue69uhhyetvv9ujue3h0ghxjmcprfmhxue69uhhyetvv9ujummjv9hxwetsd9kxctnyv4mqzrmhwden5te0dehhxarj9ekk7mgpzpmhxue69uhkummnw3ezuamfdejsr9f5nv%E2%80%9D

then paste it and remove the “https://damus.io/%E2%80%9D and add @ at the start so it begins “@nevent”

nostr:nevent1qqsy35una7uea30js52nd47autry0h66z8kuet4ew83jwew9kyz68dqpzfmhxue69uhhyetvv9ujue3h0ghxjmcprfmhxue69uhhyetvv9ujummjv9hxwetsd9kxctnyv4mqzrmhwden5te0dehhxarj9ekk7mgpzpmhxue69uhkummnw3ezuamfdejsr9f5nv

Thank you! Hard to find this answer using google 🤣

all good. Yeah google ngmi

nostr:npub1zafcms4xya5ap9zr7xxr0jlrtrattwlesytn2s42030lzu0dwlzqpd26k5 prob be good in damus to have both

- copy note which is @nevent (for resharing/pasting to nostr) and;

- copy note for web (http)

Or some kinda relevant distinction

If you paste a damus io link in a post in damus it will convert it to an nostr:nevent, the damus io links are for sharing externally, although they are sub par atm for that use case

Its simplest to just have a single share link that does the right thing no matter the context imo

oh nice. I didnt realise that! Awesome.

and yeah agreed for sure to have one ‘share link’ for simplicity 👌
