Narcissists continually expect more from us no matter the consequences to ourselves. Then they will blame us when we have nothing left to give.
Especially if they ever have a crisis in their lives. No matter how empty we are, they still expect us to be there for them. Even though they refuse to be there for us.
It’s ok for us to give to ourselves first and it’s ok not to give to people that expect more from us than we have to give. #grownostr
