The point of community in a sense, is to route around the low quality floor of community services created by the state, and to create alpha for the community members. Because the government has co-opted the role of community and crowded out private community systems, community is going to be an act in direct conflict with the state if it is indeed creating value for its members.

unchained government is a monopoly of force with a protection racket that eliminates competition and increases cost while lowering positive outcomes, said briefly, unlimited government is a runaway and compulsory enemy of the good of mankind and hindrance to all human progress. Governments declare divine right and make the populace thier enemy so that by their fiat every righteous act is outlawed. One either lives outside the state or within it but either way one is destroyed by it, but it is nobler and more profitable for a human with a soul to live outside the state, freely among freemen rather than as a tyrant or as a slave.
