I agree totally, I just feel bad having the constant stimulus (even if very positve and full of new info) of a social network in my daily routine. It start hook me and I start to put only half of myself in my present reality for most of the day.

I will more likely dedicate little timeframes to digital realms once in a week as a sporadic activity.

But what I will hopefully do are offline things with devices off, I dont see nothing that merit my "online time" more than nostr and what gravitate around it.

maybe I still exxagerating, once a day or every one/two days just for some minutes could be good to stay update with news and so on...

yeah, being stuck in a desert of suburbia surrounded by vinyards and small market gardens is so frustrating

i want to make my garden and raise my sheep and my chickens lol dammit

that's part of the reason why social media is such a plague these days, they have taken away these things from most people with their constant manipulation of money and markets

just keep that in mind... use the networks to make those connections to the earth, unfortunately it really does mean a need to relocate to where the land is cheap and the corruption with the cartel is lesser
