to make it short:

One of the healthiest foods You can make / eat!

Lots of Vitamins, Minerals and Probiotics for your gut health to boost immunity and general well being! 😍

Also perfect for Winter since the spice can really warm You up.

After preparation (about 1-3h depending on batch) it takes about 7 days for it to ferment.

You can also let it ferment to up to 2 years!

(the longest i have done so far, probably longer)
