I think it’s a good way of marketing the importance of protecting private keys.
We all slip up as we learn this system.
True. but it is hard to protect something that you must enter into apps and websites to gains access to content.
a better way need to be implemented where you can authenticate via offline signature signing and not have to enter the most critical part of your online identity into an app or website.
or maybe this does exist and i just don't know about it.🤷

They said that about my social security number too. Won't be long before every form needs your nsec. Want to improve you credit score? Just put your nsec here.

You can... But it would be a horrible choice in doing so. I would not recommend it.

More clients need to support this NIP.
I’m new to NOSTR but not to BTC. Absolutely love what NOSTR represents…but seems like a serious implementation problem when I’ve needed to input my private key into different NOSTR apps.
